Spinach & Artichoke Dip

First up is simple appetizer recipe that is always a hit. This dip doesn't take long to make. If you have a small crock pot you don't have to worry about it going cold. Of course it's just as yummy cold too!

Spinach & Artichoke Dip

1 can (or jar) marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
1 package frozen creamed spinach, thawed
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 garlic cloves, crushed or finely chopped
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Mix all of the ingredients well. Heat through in a crock pot or in the oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with pita chips, crackers or veggies.
